This is justice?

Reading this article about the use of plea bargaining reminds on how they should not be accepted for several crimes (i.e., gun related offences). However, reading the case of Mr. Hill takes the cake as one of the worst examples of allowing judges to accept a plea bargin. All I can say is that this pedophile should be locked up for a lot longer than a mere 3 ½ years. Read the article at the Edmonton Sun for more on this case of so called "justice".
